Kate Mitchell is Wellac Lifestyle’s Yoga Therapist. Our Yoga therapy sessions are open for all to attend and are not specific to a particular health history or background. Our programs will be personalised to your individual needs.
Yoga Therapy is a non invasive, pain free therapy used to support ongoing wellness as well as mental and physical conditions. It is suitable for people of all ages.
Yoga Therapy uses the tools of yoga (breathing, movement and sometimes sound) to build a one to one program for the person attending, which is designed to help with mobility, heal, empower and reduce stress and tensions.
Yoga Therapy helps with many conditions such as
• Reducing Stress or Anxiety
• Aid sleeping patterns
• Improve Chronic Fatigue
• Quieten a busy racing mind
• Cancer, Asthma, high blood pressure, depression, arthritis
• Musculoskeletal issues and injuries eg back and knee pain
